Our Philosophy

We value our clients. We believe that taking time to evaluate our relationships with our clients is important. We believe that a constant commitment to relationship management makes sure that we are doing our part to contribute to the growth and success of your organization. We want to be a good fit for your company. We feel that all potential and current clients deserve to gain an understanding of our way of thinking. Our organizational and marketing philosophy includes the following 5 areas of focus:

1. Corporate Involvement and Integration

Our primary belief is that your organization is unique and special. There is no company like yours and no matter how much we like marketing, we feel like you need to tell your story. We just want to be a helpful and knowledgeable catalyst along the way. Everything we do is centered on helping you meet your business goals. In order to help us genuinely represent your organization we ask each of our clients to take interest and be involved in their marketing efforts. This can take many forms in different companies but we believe that marketing always comes out more effective and enjoyable with a high level of corporate involvement and integration. We enjoy working with our clients, we want you to enjoy working with us.

2. Product / Service Understanding

Behind every design and at the center of every marketing program we create lies a great and focused understanding of our clients products and services. Our first goal in any project is to work with you to develop a greater understanding of what you do and why you do it. Whether your company sells products or services we believe that there is a story that represents the beliefs and standards of your organization. We want to learn about you. By doing this we feel that it enables us to gain a grasp on what it is you are offering to the consumer and how we can help differentiate you from your competitors.

3. Correct and Competitive Pricing

Depending on the way you compete, pricing can be one of the most important things about your product. You may already have experience and an understanding of what the target consumer is willing to pay for a certain product or service and that means you are ahead of a lot of other companies. However if you are just bringing a service or product to market we feel that analysis needs to take place in order to ensure an effective pricing strategy for market entrance. This will contribute to the overall effectiveness of your promotional mix. We offer market research and product testing for this particular purpose.

4. Distribution

Correct and effective distribution (ie. getting your product in your consumer’s hands) can sometimes be half of the battle. We can work with you to offer suggestions for this portion of your marketing plan. All the promotion in the world won’t help if your product isn’t there when the consumer goes to buy it.

5. Promotion / Marketing Mix

The culmination of all previous efforts results in the creation of an effective promotional/marketing mix. Your promotional mix is how we utilize the tools you see in our services section to market you to your potential consumers and target market. We work with you to utilize multiple areas of marketing, promotional design and media relations to ensure that your potential consumers learn all about you and your service/product offerings.
